What does it mean to be aware in activity, and how do we learn to heighten our awareness in action?

The key, as Dr. Theodore Dimon shows in his groundbreaking new book, Sensorimotor Awareness: A Kinesthetic Guide to the Body in Action, is not to practice this or that method but to understand how the body is designed to work as a coordinated whole. By understanding specific bodily systems, it becomes possible to identify what we are doing to interfere with these systems and to become more highly aware in the process.

Sensorimotor Awareness is a comprehensive manual on how to heighten kinesthetic awareness and control of the body in action. Based on 40 years of research, Ted Dimon brings us the first-ever curriculum on kinesthetic education, offering experiential procedures with detail and depth.

These free online sessions will be held Mondays, some Tuesdays, and Wednesdays at 12pm EST, beginning January 13th 2025. They will be an hour long. The daily schedule is listed below.
